on an allegedly defective exercise treadmill manufactured by Trotter. The District Court of the Fourth Judicial District,
Missoula County, granted summary judgment in favor of Trotter finding that Tucker presented insufficient evidence upon which
to sustain her negligence action. Tucker appeals. We affirm.
